Host of new features in this distributor favourite app

13,500 distributors have downloaded I Pru Touch, of which 7500 are actively using its various features.

The all new I Pru Touch comes with a host of new features that makes it easy to onboard new clients, transact easier for existing clients and also offer the I Pru Touch experience to your investors, while protecting your own interests.

WF: How can distributors leverage the new features of IPRUTOUCH to on board new investors?

Amar: The all new IPRUTOUCH app sets itself apart with thoughtful design and smart features that can empower distributors. For first time investors, one can easily create a new folio without any paperwork by simply entering investor's PAN to validate their KYC status, and other details - investor's email address, mobile number nominee and bank account details.

The distributor can then select the scheme details, mode of payment and submit the transaction request. An Email & SMS is triggered to the Investor for confirmation; the investor will have to click on a link in the email/SMS to confirm the transaction and make payment.

WF: In what ways has transaction execution for existing investors been enhanced through IPRU TOUCH?

Amar: For existing investors, distributors can now initiate Purchase, Switch, and Redemption transactions for both OTM and Non OTM registered investors. In fact, now OTM registered investors can even start SIPs and renew their existing SIPs. Distributors can also choose to top up the SIP before submitting the transaction. Investors will receive a telephone call to confirm this New SIP.

To renew an existing investor's SIP, distributors can search for and select the investor's detailsthrough this app. As their registered contact numbers are also displayed they can directly call the investor to renew their SIPs.

Note here that, in Case of Non OTM investors, the renewal process will be done only through a physical application form. Therefore, we believe it is better to add a touch of convenience to investor's life by getting them sign to the OTM form.

WF: How can distributors leverage your new B-B-C functionality in IPRU TOUCH, and protect their interests while offering added convenience to their clients?

Amar: Our new feature 'Refer and grow' is an innovative solution, through which distributors can create and share a co-branded version of IPRUTOUCH with investors, who like to be on top of their investments all the time.

Once distributors avail this feature, their name will appear on the Home Screen of investor's app and distributors' ARN & EUIN will be pre-filled for all transactions, thatgives investors the freedom to invest in Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, by themselves.

WF: What more is new in the all new IPRUTOUCH?

Amar: Apart from a host of features aforementioned, distributors can now also view their points and status with respect to Chairman's Circle on IPRUTOUCH.

WF: How many distributors have downloaded IPRU TOUCH? How many are using it actively?

Amar: Currently, 13500 distributors have downloaded IPRU TOUCH out of which 7500 are actively leveraging this platform for various features like facilitating investor transactions, market news & views, and wealth calculators.

WF: What is your goal for IPRU Touch? What milestones are you looking to cross to signify foryourselves that this app has truly delivered to its potential?

Amar: As technology is becoming omnipresent, the status quos that still exist in sales processes of the mutual fund industry, could be done away with to boost the productivity of advisors with IPRU TOUCH- Integration of key processes, minimization of paper work, optimal content experience and streamlining of the sales activities are some of the many goals we aim to achieve for our distributor community. We envision IPRUTOUCH to be a virtual Relationship Manager for our distributor and would continue to augment the platform in several phases with newer functionalities.
