Dear Naren Ji, I am a regular viewer/listener of your monthly Webniars & I really appreciate your AMC efforts to update on montly basis without any fail. I have written you many times at this platform in the past. Once again I have been forced to write you in this platform. I also got an opportunity to meet Mr Vijay Venkatram of this platform in the present month at Chandigarh. I am a firm believer of ICICI Prud Balanced fund for Senior Citizens. But I am sorry to write you once again about very poor response of your Local & Chandigarh Back office Dept. Sometimes it seems to me that everybody in the area is concerned about only one thing i.e. SALES Direct or others. There are a lot of problems in your Value STPs right from the beginning & I have been informing all your channels(Sales & Backoffice) but no body is interested at all. There are problems in IPRU Touch Platform too but nobody has not listened anything.

Naren is a great contrarian value investor. According to my personal experience ICICI has been the best AMC in guiding distributors during market turbulence. They are very proactive during major global events and arrange distributor concalls at very short notices. Naren makes things simple and easy to understand for distributors and his conviction is amazing. He is the ideal "Warren Buffett of India. Distributors with good skills will do extremely well under his guidance. Distributors must make Naren their Guru.
