"We trust that you will avoid using harsh language and will refrain from making unsubstantiated allegations against individuals and firms. Your constructive feedback and opinions are very valuable to all of us in the industry. "
Really they are doing wonderful job. They are really the role models .The way they work and the love and passion towards the IFA community is commendable. I am lucky to be a friend of them. May almighty God bless them and give more strength to bind us togehter under one ALL INDIA MUTUAL FUND FLAG.All the best wishes for them and their co workers.
Well done. Also always please talk about our future commissions and business under present conditions.
Forming and functioning of Associations are not new to financial advisors as most of us are associated with any one of the Life or General Insurance Agents Associations. They are well organised, registered & structured and well represented.People associated with those organisations can be identified and contacted for organising our IFA district/Division level Associations(Grass root level). That District/Division's office bearers and E.C members elect their Zonal council members and the Zonal Body will elect their National level Leaders/Office Bearers.we at Madurai Division have 21 EC Members representing 7 districts' IFA.We are ready to affiliate our Divisional association with any Zonal council formed at Tamilnadu State Level.Secretary-AMFIA-Madurai Division call:9894242999
I have one more comment on this. Problem with IFA community is that everyone is selfish to the core and hence no unified action is possible. My question to the IFA community is - suppose an all India Federation of IFAs is formed which gives a call to all the IFAs in the country to immediately xstop marketing MF schemes pending reversal of SEBI's draconian decisions, how ma ny of you will co-operate? I am sure not a single IFA will fall in line and that is why I raised the issue of utility of such formations
While welcoming such formations, I would like to know the utility of such associations. Kerala is very good in producing job seekers and not jobs. Kerala is also very good in forming associations, political parties etc. But what happens within these associations is a million dollar question. We have seen IFA associations formed throughout the country when entry load issue first came into force, but these assocaitions are totally defunct today.
A good recognition for IFA unity. Keep it up and good luck to one and all.
Although AKIFAA is formed on the backdrop of the entry load ban in 2009 the association has a very admirable agenda of empowering Members on the knowledge front. It has wide agenda like family welfare activities , knowledge updating, fight against injustice , preparing members for adaptation to changes etc.. The members are issued photo id cards which they use to wear when attending any MF related meets. It's suggestible for all the Associations from other States to have a word with these people before forming an IFA association.
AKIFAA, the democratically functioning body of IFAs in Kerala is a role model for similar organisatios. Best Wishes.
All the very best for P&N (Panicker and Nair) in the AKKIFA amalgamation with the Famous IFA Galaxy. Regds jeyakumar. K
All the best
it is nice to here that akifaa is functioning in it true democratic sense, i think all the states should have them as role model for setting up an association
Good Show.......Keep Going...... Thought of mentioning here with gratitude the name of our charter secretary Mr.Sudhakaran Namboodiri, who had done a commendable work in the initial year. Kudos to our dynamic president Mr. Oommen Panicker & multi-talented secretary Mr. Suresh Nair for leading us. A special note of gratitude to the central committee President Mr. Jagadeesh Pai & secretary Mr.Ajith for the smooth conduct of the mega event. Really Great efforts by Team AKIFAA and Special accolades to Shri Oommen Panicker and Shri Suresh Nair. Mega meet was truly a great success. And thanks to Shri Ramesh Bhat & Team IFA Galaxy for organising a knowledge summit @ Kochi. Regards, Binoj K.G. Vice President, Central Zone AKIFAA
Truly democratic.
Of course, the regulatory overzealousness is having a catastrophic effect on the industry, but one positive thing that has come out the whole thing is, we "the IFAs" started to join hands and are moving towards unity and respectability. A good start, but we have miles to go, until we command the same kind of respect that some well established professions like CA, CS etc., are getting. Time to work even harder and fight even better.
Absolutely gr8
Congrats to Mr Oomen Panicker & Mr Suresh Nair for leading from front....Keep up the good show........
Too Good. The Structure seems to be the best.
It is good prayas for IFA.IT should also in other State. There a new commer Learn.
gr8
Any way it is a best attempt. It is always better to work together with a common strategy rather than individual actions. But a code of conduct is indispensible. Kudos to Nair and panicker for their efforts..
Admirable Deal in now a days. AKIFAA has a truly democratic body. I complement the Kerala Association for this contribution towards the IFA Community of India.
I believe this instituition is made for some specific interest and not for IFA. I am one of the IFA and my office is just opposit of one of the office bearer. He never bothered to inform me about such an activity. Then whom it made for?
Your association is well organized. Best wishes to you all.
Until and unless they publish the bye law and the code of ethics how one understand what purpose and intention it made for and how it is going to work? How it will protct the interest of its members.
Thanks for all membars of AKIFFA From west bengal IFA. Long live for all. Thanks
I kindly request IFAs from Karnataka to form such an organization. My mobile no is + 919886854097
