Not only client gain, by protecting and increase client wealth,like advisor amc also earn more on increased aum and trust of client.. win win for all... but client should have option also if he is very very educated and experienced of market... that % is not more than 1 % of investor.....
Dosent Advisor Alpha come from maintaining EPF/ VPF as retirals? Why is this excluded in the AA calculation? Interesting to note Re balancing contributes to only 0.40% of Alpha. We also noticed that if we leave client portfolios to grow during natural market cycles, the SIP method works well to meet the same result. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent Analyisis but need to add cashflow management behaviour part in amassing wealth as I have observed most of investor fail to amass wealth because of poor cashflow management.
