Hi Prashant, Recently one of the AMC person told me that we can transfer individual AUM to Pvt firm. ARN number will change but AUM will remain with you.

First individual ARN cannot be converted to Pvt. Ltd. You have to surrender the Individual ARN , EUIN and Apply for Private Ltd. ARN. you will be issued new ARN and EUIN nos on Pvt. Ltd. Above is step one with reference to converting all your business from IFA to Private Ltd. Please check with CAMS - AMFI dept.
