I am using wealthmagic from last 4 years. They now converted to Finsto. I strongly recomemnd against Fintso. There is no RM mapped to our account. Most of the time there are many errors. Even if you share your feedback they dont want to improve, They want to push some of their own products like LAS , few NFOs, Global investing , equity basket ets through IFAs. There is no proper support system. Fintso is pathetic, I am also looking for changing the service provider.

I am using Wealth Magic , now that is converted to FIntso. The service is pathetic, they made a third grade service. Never ever go with that company. They dont have any escalation points. This software is full of bugs and errors . in many occasion it never fetch data from RTAs.

I have been using Datacomp''s fund magic. The presentation to the customer of the valuation report is quite nice ( has absoluteand XIRR returns). Of late I have been encountering problems in STPs and SIPs which take a lot of time to rectify from the Chennai office. There are a few softwares which have on line user facility for the customer. Red Vision - Indore seems quite good ( with the demo and the review from other Pondicherry IFas who are using it). I have just started the process to install redvision. they also have a website at a cost besides the financial software and the financial planning facility. The price is negotiable (depending onm ur AUM) with a renewal facility.
