My investors have been getting very good returns from your Funds but I am sorry to write that the Level of Services to the investors & IFAs is very poor in the AMC. Your AMC is not following even the basic rules of Services. Last time, I was assured by your State Operations Head as well as very senior level executive from Mumbai that the basic service deficiencies would not be there in future but still they are the same. There is no improvement at all in Minimum Basic Standards which the industry is following from day 1.
