All IFA Share there valuable opinion and suggestions.so nothing left to comment.Rearly OFA did not update record regularly.They also making wrong entry.In my case they entry one investorS investments in others Investors name.I informed Bishnu sir also.but not responded. Team member also not helpfull.system also not update in comparison to other services provider..Sip details not found in system.in unrealized gain portfolio statement sip did not mentioned separately. So it should taken care.all of us makin.comments for betterment of OFA.It means we want.to remain with OFA

product is good but service is poor good to use and proud to serve it CONTACT TO RM IS VERY DIFFICULT ONLY 1 OR 2 RM IS KNOWLEDGEABLE LIKE MR Siddheshwar Killekar when ofa appoint shweta kunte as my rm then i call her many time but she did not call back me never this is very pathetic

Ofa app and software helped me lot in growing my business and servings my clients in fast and effective way . Especially my rm Sanjeev always support me and helped me lot to understand the platform . I recommend every advisor to avail OFA it’s affordable as well . For Ofa few distributors give wrong comment bacause of less knowledge and nothing is possible to execute till a person give sufficient time .. trust me guys it’s a Mercedes if u learn to use and take advantage of this platform if u don’t give time than it may look to u as ordinary car .. so please invest your own time to understand the platform .. at start you have to give your time to this platform . Like few people think they had paid the fees and all will be done by Ofa . Technology is not 100 percent perfect We have to understand the problem and have to solve with our rm .. one of best thing happen to me that I m using this and enjoying and growing since last one year ..

We had faced some problem in OFA in last couple of weeks. May be they have some technical issue.But whenever I contact with my RM through Whatsapp or over the telephone he is dedicatadely resolve all the problem .I have recommended some of my IFA friends to use this platform and they are also satisfied with their services.

The services of OFA has gone from worse to pathetic. There is nobody to take accountability or responsibility. It is next to impossible to contact a RM as they dont have any free line to contact people and they never listen to auto answering machines installed on their lines. The normal time to address a complaint is 7 days and solving it is 14 days that is also if you are lucky i have recommended OFA to number of IFAs but i will never recommend it to anybody

OFA has deteriorated recently. I have been subscribed to OFA since 2016. Initially, the platform used to be smooth, on the parameters of, updation of data, accessibility of RM or even response to any error used to be quick. However, since last 2-3 months, there has been some excruciating deterioration of all the above parameters. There have been multiple and repeated data mismatch, repeated emails and whatsapp messages are not been responded, RMs have become tough to contact. Emails to seniors like Ms Dipti have not been responded. Even Mr. Bishnu Sahu not responding to tweets where I have invited his attention to the above issues. I am actually contemplating of not renewing my subscription.

very poor services from ofa...after so many reminder they are not responding...intentionally not updating proper data..Rm and service team not pick up call not replying email..even head bisnu sir not replying intentionally...so i suggest dont buy it..
