The main issue I have is that their portfolio reports are not correct, I experienced this sitting face to face with a customer, fortunately I had the right information through an account statement. Secondly, the Android app does not work well, asking you to put in your PAN, etc. even after you already have a login id. I am now back to reconciliation of statements and holdings for my clients, a task that I had hoped this software would take care of. I use it now more for reference, not bothered to use new features either, because I dont trust the validity of what I see.

Service is one of the Worst, At time of selling this product they call over night, When service part comes they are not available. I never advice my friends to buy OFA. if you call the their help line no. when always it comes busy, so no interactive... some time they calls from their No. but due to driving moment or client meeting if you do not picked up their call and if you call after when you are ready to call then that No. does not connects and they will never try again to connect. Reporting are worst wrong..., SIP DATAS are totally wrong, I have provided Ofa multiple times but they could not Reply, So all in this situation they should not get certification. I brought it but I am re grating because of their service.

I have registered my responses many times on such forums, personally on telephone, by email to their CEO also. No reply. No real improvement. It is cheap by price but reliability of data is doubtful. Corrections are not done timely and in some cases not at all. Support is moderate and not on the call. They should have all day working and late evening working also as I can face problem any day any moment. People are good but system is OK.

Very good apps. My all customers are happy with this apps. Only one mistake in this apps is that customers can not convert is as specified date like financial year statement if he requires for tax planning. A lot of features are going to add in this apps as discussed with officer at NETWORK FP NATIONAL 7TH CONFERENCE 2018. Dear sir.. My personal advice to you, never give transaction rights to the customers because they do trading with mutual fund. And mostly your AUM may decrease. So use AMCs apps for transaction. Use this apps for viewing purpose only. Advice all investors for goal planning SIPs. And tell him not to withdraw until you achieve your goals. Finally I say that OFA apps are easy to use. as my experience with OFA team for the last 1 year is very good. Only one unsatisfied point is that give direct number to all OFA subscribers so that they can solve their issue on one click. Thanks to ofa team.

Very bad service of OFA, their RM Mr mitesh mandaliya alloted to me are not responding my query after so many reminder, some tranjection are not showing, if showing its in under wrong client head. So my experience is very bad. Dont purchase OFA.
