HSBC MF has tied up with internationally renowned Moody’s Analytics to bring to distributors the globally recognized Award in International Wealth Management (AIWM) program at a fraction of the normal cost.
Apart from earning the AIWM certificate, participants will also complete the training for CFA Institute Investment Foundations program, covering the fundamentals of the same topic areas as Level I of the CFA® Program, you'll gain an essential understanding of the investment industry’s structure, financial markets, professional roles, and client needs.
This combo offering – which would normally cost an individual Rs.50,000, is being offered by HSBC MF to distributors at less than Rs.5,000 – over 90% discount. Ankur says it’s important for participants to have some “skin-in-the-game” to demonstrate seriousness – hence 10% to be paid by them.
The course will be conducted by PGP Academy with sessions from nationally and globally recognized experts including experienced professionals from Moody’s.
Participants will have to complete 20 sessions of 1 hour each (online) and complete a series of online tests/quizzes to complete the program. Total program duration is 3 months. To successfully qualify as an AIWM, you will need a minimum attendance of 75% and minimum marks of 50% in the tests/quizzes. There will be another 30 hours of live and recorded training for the Investment Foundations program.
HSBC MF is throwing this offer open to all EUIN holders –including MFDs, employees of distribution firms, banks, wealth management firms – all individuals who are licensed to engage with investors in mutual fund distribution.

The first batch will commence mid-June2025 and has a capacity of upto 5000 participants.
